We will go over any existing material, if you have any, and/or any ideas and wishes that you may have for your new website first. Some of the materials that will help to expedite this process is if you have logos, letterhead, print ads and basic color schemes.
We'll design a mockup for you to look at before we begin with the actual construction of the site for you to approve.
Our goal is to work with you to create the ideal site for your business.
This is usually the most critical stage, and once you sign off on this, we will proceed with the site build.

We have different price points to start from:

  • $100 Business Card Plan (Fat Free Milk)
  • $300 Starter Plan (2% Reduced Fat Milk)
  • $750 Standard Plan (Whole Milk)
  • $1,000+ Deluxe Plan (Chocolate Milk)
We have some general recommendations for reputable and reliable companies for domain registration and hosting. We will discuss the kind of website that you wish to have before we settle on a quality hosting company. We will discuss scripting requirements, bandwith required, email handling capabilities as well as other "goodies" that many hosting companies offer these days.
After we do the research for you and offer our recommendations ($10+ per month for hosting and $6+ for a 1 year registration) we usually have you, the business owner, setup the registration and hosting.
However, if you would like us to take care of it for you, we can at our normal billing rate of $55/hour.

This is necessary before we can proceed with your design due to the varying nature of web hosts and their available features.

We will then upload your site for you and teach you some of the basics such as setting up your email, email forwarding, web statistics (if available) and more for your new host's features.
If you wish us to setup all of your email, domain forwarding and other features which fall outside of the "design" services, we can do this for you for a fee.

We will submit your site to the "free" search engines for you such as Google and Yahoo.

We will create a XML site map (Whole Milk Plan and above is included) for your Google submission to enhance the Google search.

We offer basic maintenance which includes keeping up with the "free" search engine submission as well as simple changes (e.g. calendars, sales notices, announcements, etc.) for a fee.
For website updates, we will charge you only for the actual hours worked, with a minimum charge of $20. If you need frequent updating, we can negotiate a maintenance contract to save you money.

We also offer consultation services as well as minor "tweaks" to your existing site if a new design is not needed.

Our standard fee is at a rate of $55/hour.

We will have you review and sign a basic contract before we begin work on your website.
We will require a minimum 50% deposit of the final agreed upon price before we begin work.
The completion of your site will depend on the size of your site, but most sites will be completed within 30 days from the signing of the contract.
You will have a sample site to review within 2 weeks, although usually this will take less time if we communicated effectively during the initial consultation phase.
